About Us

Confident Care NZ supplies the New Zealand accommodation industry — Motels, Hotels, Motor Lodges, Holiday Parks, Lodges and serviced apartments — with everything that goes into a guest room.

Linen and bedding, bathroom textiles, beds and mattresses, housekeeping and cleaning supplies, in-room appliances and commercial outdoor furniture. One supplier, one order, one invoice.

The EcoKnit® range

We are the New Zealand distributor for EcoKnit®, the quick-dry knitted towelling made in the UK by Hartdean, who developed it in the 1970s and have been refining it ever since.

EcoKnit is knitted rather than woven, so there are no cut loops to snag or fray. The open structure releases water faster in the dryer, which is where the saving comes from — the manufacturer's figures are 40% less energy, 15% less water, less detergent per wash, and a working life two to three times longer than conventional towelling. We back it with a two-year guarantee against frayed edges and pulled threads.

How we work

We're a wholesale supplier, so pricing depends on what you need and how much of it. There's no checkout on this site — you build a list of what you're after, send it through, and we come back with pricing and freight, usually the same day. You don't need an account to ask.

We deliver nationwide and across the Pacific, usually within a few days, with no minimum order.
